Bodywork that releases along myofascial lines using gentle, sustained pressure and stretching. This is ideal when the pain is along one side of the body, and incorporates several joints (shoulder, ribs, low back, and hips). This work is particularly helpful when the area feels bound or restricted, for example if your ribs feel corseted and like you can’t catch your breath. These sessions often take some time, which is why they start at 90 minutes.
